Cancellation Policy

The right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract, without giving any reason, within fourteen days.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of the start of the contract.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (by contacting us at Shellfire Gattung & Behr GbR, Rosenweg 18, 61118 Bad Vilbel, Tel: 0610165925240, email: hosting@shellfire.de) giving a clear statement (e.g. in a letter, fax or e-mail) about your decision to cancel the contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, however, this is not mandatory.

To stay within the validity of the cancellation period, you must send us notification of your right to cancel before the fourteen-day period expires.

The consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this agreement, we will refund you all the payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs if you choose a different type of delivery to our standard budget delivery). We will refund you within fourteen days from the date we receive your notice to cancel the contract. When making the refund, we use the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless you have expressly requested otherwise. Under no circumstances do we charge for making this refund.

If you ask for services to be re-started during the cancellation period, you must pay us an appropriate amount for the services already provided within the contract, up to the time when you informed us of your intention to cancel.
