3 Consequences of Withdrawal

We will refund all payments – including standard shipping – no later than 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal notice using the same payment method.

If you have requested that the service begins during the withdrawal period, you pay a proportional amount for the service provided until withdrawal (compensation according to § 357a para. 2 BGB). The compensation never exceeds the total price.
